Two adventurers. One goal. To master the most demanding overlanding route of the year 7000 km of extremes. Black Sheep on Tour is a no-compromise overlanding project that fuses engineering, grit, and real-world storytelling. At the heart is the INEOS Grenadier Quartermaster equipped with high-end components by Black Sheep Innovations and top-tier partner gear.
The route: Switzerland – Austria – Slovenia – Croatia – Serbia – Bulgaria – Turkey – Iran – Iraq – Kuwait – United Arab Emirates.
The route has been deliberately designed to include visually striking, media-effective and high-contrast locations to capture spectacular photo and video content with maximum impact. Planned highlights include the Dolomites, the Anatolian highlands, the tuff formations of Cappadocia, Iran’s Zagros Mountains, desert camps in Kuwait, and Dubai’s iconic skyline.
The conditions: High mountains, steppe, desert. Gravel roads, border crossings, extreme stress.
The goal: To put the technology to the test. To document everything unfiltered. Every product in a true endurance test. Spectacular photo and film footage.

We’re Thomas (51 – Founder and Owner of Black Sheep Innovations GmbH) and Sandro (40 – Managing Director of Black Sheep Innovations GmbH) from Black Sheep, two Swiss adventurers sharing a passion for overland trips and offroad explorations.
